Hailing from the misty shores of Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Sun Sun Glow brings an evocative blend of folk and indie rock to Canada’s music scene. With an ethos rooted in heartfelt storytelling and rich sonic textures, the trio creates music that resonates like the glow of a late sunset—warm, fleeting, and deeply memorable.

The band consists of seasoned musicians Sall Gibson (vocals, guitar), Michael Saunders (bass, guitar, vocals), and Jordan Payne (keyboard, guitar, vocals). Each member contributes a unique musical history, having honed their craft in a variety of beloved local bands, including Skyscraper, Failing Esther, Blind Tiger Tiger, Bacon, Maeeven, and Wish. These diverse experiences come together in 2024 with Sun Sun Glow, creating a sound that feels both familiar and entirely their own.

Formed in 2024, Sun Sun Glow weaves threads of their Prince Rupert upbringing—lush landscapes, rugged coastlines, and the ebb and flow of small-town life—into their music.
